KALAMAZOO, MI-Expressing great disappointment, Len McNamara, a 53 year old accountant in Kalamazoo Michigan, explained that the new iCarly series airing on Paramount+ doesn't "scratch the same itch" that the original series did back in 2010. "There's something different about it, maybe I've aged, or the characters have aged; not that I should like them less now that they're no longer children." He said wiping the sweat from his brow. "But this always happens. Look at Ariana Grande. Her career sucked after Victorious. Sam & Kat was a decent attempt, but she really went downhill once her music career started." McNamara added that the new iCarly series still has a shot if they bring in a bunch of younger kids. He suggested giving Carly a fun young cousin who has a hard time making it to class on time, or giving Carly a summertime job as a life guard at a public pool so that she can interact with the youth.
